IMS has viewed Mediterranean region not a fragmented space but rather a vast organism where inter-connectedness prevails throughout. From ancient times to the present day, various nations and peoples have dominated the Mediterranean, absorbing the scholarly and cultural nutrients of existing states to fuel their own growth. This dictionary would like to invite readers to join the dynamic history of Mediterranean that continues beyond the point of rise and fall of civilizations.
